Neil Sturtevant's Vixen 2500 - LVX1745/6T
Last updated - 07.08.2026

It is believed that this 1970 TVR Vixen 2500 is the first of around 385 produced and the only one to be fitted with Lucas mechanical fuel injection as standard. The chassis, LVX1745/6T, was verifiably used by the US TVR importer Gerry Sagerman as a promotional vehicle for the 2500 model before being moved to California, where it underwent a restoration around a decade ago. The car is painted yellow with black upholstery, and the 2.5-litre Triumph straight-six engine is mated to a four-speed manual gearbox with electric overdrive. It sits on 15-inch alloy wheels and is also fitted with front disc brakes, adjustable Spax coilover suspension and a stainless steel exhaust system, as well as a Moto-Lita steering wheel and a sunroof.
