Stoßdämpfer 2 of 3

Hier noch ein paar Infos zum Thema Spring Rate bzw. Härte der Federn:

I know for sure that the Spax G935 and G936 adjustable shocks will fit as well as the AVO 416 and 418 adjustable shocks.

The information I have in my files for the Tuscan is 184 lb/sq. in on the front and 122 lb/sq in on the rear (with a two shock setup)
If you are using four shocks in the rear, and springs on all four shocks, then you need to divide that number to avoid "over-springing" the rear suspension.

I have calculated and also measured the rate of my original springs and they where 135lb/in for rear and 170 lb/in for the front.
When I upgraded from original Armstrong shocks to Koni and stronger springs I played with the spacers until I got it right, I use 14" springs of 250 lb/in front and 170lb/in at the rear, I don't use any spacers on either end.

What I currently have available that gives a firmer ride than the original springs are as follows:
Front: 33.02 cm free length, 9.0 cm O.D. and a spring rating of 225 lb/sq. in.
Rear: 31.12 cm free length, 7.5 cm O.D. and a spring rate of 150 lb/sq. in.
