I know it was completely rebuilt between 1999 and 2002 by the enginneering company that owned it,
as an internal project.
Then it has been sold to someone who almost didn’t drive it, then to its former owner who sold it to
Eclectic Cars.
Technically speaking, the V6 Essex is stock. It has the standard 4 gears gearbox with the
optional overdrive. Chassis, engine and interior were completely rebuilt, hence the nice
looking and relative reliability.
